Meet our new Ministry Team Facilitator – David Gregory!

This July we’ll be saying goodbye to our Ministry Teams coordinator, Carly Mott, as she heads overseas to serve in India. Carly has done an excellent job serving our Ministry Teams through this time of transition and we will miss her greatly.
As Carly moves into a new season of ministry, we’re excited to let you know that David Gregory will be taking her place!
David brings enthusiasm, office skills, and problem-solving abilities to the role that make him well suited to serve our Ministries Teams for this coming season of life in our church. We hope you’ll welcome David. We know he’ll be a great asset to the church and look forward to helping our Ministry Teams connect with him over the summer.

What does the Ministry Team Facilitator do?  Good question…take a look!
The Ministry Teams Facilitator supports the work of the Oversight Team and Ministry Teams of Bethany Church by providing administrative and logistical support.
Responsibilities-
· Facilitate communications between the Oversight Team and Ministry Teams of Bethany Church.
· Logistical support for Ministry Teams (facility scheduling, communications & access to church resources).
· Administrative support for Ministry Teams (specifically: Oversight Team, Communications Team, Pastoral Team).
· Working with the Communications Ministry Team to effectively and accurately communicate via website, weekly email, social media, Sunday Service and events.
· Assisting with coordinating Leadership Gathering Services.
· Providing occasional assistance with services and events.
· Database & software maintenance.
· Attending bi-monthly Oversight Team meetings.
· Coordinating with multiple ministry teams for Sunday service planning.
